For custom orders, such as Custom Net Weaving or Textile Repairs, detailed specifications and clear communication are essential. We will provide an estimate or quote based on the information provided, and work will commence upon your approval and any required deposit.

All prices displayed on our site are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our website. For custom work or repairs, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion and prior to shipment or pickup.

River Spool is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from River Spool pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
